Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Job Role & Responsibilities: 

• Supervise Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth workflow and efficiency of the workshop.
• Manage Staff & Performance: Allocate tasks, monitor technicians and staff performance, and ensure quality standards.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
• Inventory & Resources: Manage workshop inventory, spare parts, and tools.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety and compliance regulations.
• Financial Control: Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and update management on workshop performance.
