About the Role

We are looking for a highly professional and service-oriented Female Butler to join a prestigious wellness luxury resort in Calicut. The ideal candidate will ensure personalized guest experiences, manage in-room dining, and provide exceptional hospitality while maintaining discretion and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver personalized guest services, including welcome, check-in assistance, and special requests.
* Coordinate with housekeeping, F\&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
* Manage in-room dining, table setup, and guest preferences with attention to detail.
* Ensure all guest areas are impeccably maintained and prepared.
* Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive, discreet service.
* Assist with packing/unpacking, wardrobe management, and other personal requirements.
* Maintain a professional, calm, and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements
* Minimum 3-7 years of experience as a butler or in a luxury hospitality setup (5-star hotels/resorts preferred).
* Excellent communication skills and polished presentation.
* Strong understanding of guest etiquette and service protocols.
* Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
* Knowledge of in-room dining service and luxury hospitality standards.
