Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer Service
• Responsible for fulfilling customer appointments, recommending best products and services based on
their deep understanding of customer needs and delivering them at their doorstep.
• Ensure hassle-free, quick and smooth acquisition journey to delight our customers.
Generate Sales leads –
• Responsible for generating sales through cold calling for various Plans, products including Mobility,
Broadband new & existing customers.
• Create customer prospect funnel by doing activity defined geography/RWA by using the Digital Planner
tool.
• Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to all the defined processes.
