Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or chats, providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages in a professional manner.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given time frame.
Maintain customer records by updating account information.
Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
Escalate complex queries to senior team members or managers when required.
Follow communication guidelines and company policies during interactions.
Achieve performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
Good communication skills in English/Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
Prior BPO/Customer Support experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
