We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, or chats, providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive company image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages in a professional manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the given time frame.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.

  • Provide accurate product/service information to customers.

  • Escalate complex queries to senior team members or managers when required.

  • Follow communication guidelines and company policies during interactions.

  • Achieve performance targets such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

  • Good communication skills in English/Hindi

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

  • Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.

  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

  • Prior BPO/Customer Support experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
