Job Title: Housekeeping Associate

Department: Housekeeping – Hotel

Job Summary:

Ensure guest rooms and hotel areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained to provide a great experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.

• Ensure all areas meet hotel hygiene and safety standards.

• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor.

• Assist with laundry and stock supplies when required.

• Work efficiently to meet guest expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel cleaning preferred.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks.

Work Environment:

• Work in hotel rooms and public spaces.

• Stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

• May work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
