Job Summary:

Provide excellent service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in the dining area.

• Take food and drink orders accurately and serve them on time.

• Provide menu information and answer guest queries.

• Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards.

• Work with kitchen and other staff to meet guest expectations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

• Physically fit to stand and move around for long periods.

Work Environment:

• Work in hotel restaurants, banquet halls, and dining areas.

• May work in shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
