Salary For 10th,12th:- 11000

Salary For ITI:-

Gross Salary:- ₹13000

Attendance award per month -: 1000

Shift Timing

Morning 8:30 To 5:30 after that OT 3 Hrs. Daily

Night 8:30 to 5:30 after that OT 3 Hrs. Daily

OT is not optional it is mandatory for all Candidates

ITI - 95 per hrs

Diploma 110 per hrs

 Machine Operator sets up, operates, and monitors production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing. Key responsibilities include adjusting machine settings, conducting quality inspections, performing routine maintenance and cleaning, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Operators also maintain production logs, manage raw material stock, and collaborate with their team to meet production targets.  

Core Responsibilities

• Operation & Monitoring:

  Safely operate machinery to produce goods, continuously monitoring its performance to ensure it meets quality specifications and production quotas. 

• Setup & Adjustment:

  Calibrate and set up machinery according to production specifications and adjust settings as needed to optimize efficiency and output. 

• Quality Control:

  Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design parameters and quality standards, taking corrective actions when deviations occur. 

• Maintenance:

  Perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. 

• Troubleshooting:

  Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions or issues, escalating complex problems to maintenance or setup technicians when necessary. 

Supporting Duties 

• Documentation:

  Maintain accurate production logs, record machine performance, and document any malfunctions or defective units.

• Material Management:

  Monitor and replenish raw material supplies to avoid production interruptions.

• Safety:

  Strictly adhere to all safety regulations, workplace procedures, and company standards.

• Collaboration:

  Work with other team members and supervisors to ensure an efficient production workflow and achieve overall production goals.

• Continuous Improvement:

  Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency and product quality.
