Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals as Customer Care Executives under an apprenticeship program. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early professionals to build their career in the BPO sector while gaining valuable work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
Resolve queries, complaints, and requests efficiently within timelines.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
Achieve performance targets (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
Adhere to company policies, processes, and data security standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Graduate / Pursuing Graduation candidates can apply.
Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers are highly encouraged).
Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Skills & Competencies:
