Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to drive business growth within the construction and mining sectors. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.

• Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and share market feedback with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction/mining or related industries.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
