Summary of the position:
The Executive – IT and Digital Operations is responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's IT infrastructure and digital presence. This includes managing internal IT systems, overseeing website and e-commerce portals, ensuring network and server stability, and handling IT procurement and vendor management. The role requires a proactive approach to technology management and a strong focus on operational efficiency.
Position Responsibilities:
IT Systems & Infrastructure Management:
- Provide essential support for all internal IT systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain servers and network infrastructure to ensure reliability and uptime.
- Implement and manage security protocols, data backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans.
Website & E-commerce Management:
- Manage and maintain the company's website and e-commerce portals, ensuring content accuracy and platform functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update product listings, content, and promotional materials.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the website and e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Manage contracts with IT vendors for software licenses, hardware, and support services.
- Verify and process invoices from vendors and coordinate with the accounts team for timely payments.
- Oversee the procurement of IT assets, including computers, software, and other peripherals.
- AMC management and other agreements execution and management for IT-related services.
Administrative & Office Support:
- Manage IT-related files and documentation, ensuring efficient record-keeping.
- Assist in internal and external audit activities by providing necessary IT-related documentation and support.
- Manage office IT assets and maintain an accurate inventory.
- Coordinate logistics for tech-related events or meetings as needed.

Other incidental work as and when delegated by management.
Qualifications:
- B.E. in Computer Science from a recognized university.
- Strong foundational knowledge of IT concepts, including operating systems (Windows, Linux), computer networking, and basic programming logic.
- A keen interest in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong desire to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant projects or internships are a plus.
