Job Title: SSB Mentor (Psychologist / Interviewing Officer / GTO)

About the Role
Centurion Defence Academy is looking for highly experienced SSB Mentors including Psychologists, Interviewing Officers, and Group Testing Officers (GTOs) to train and mentor aspirants for Services Selection Board (SSB) interviews. The ideal candidates will be ex-armed forces officers or professionals with authentic SSB experience, passionate about guiding students towards a defence career.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct SSB training sessions for aspirants covering Psychology Tests, Personal Interviews, and GTO tasks.
Provide one-to-one mentoring to help candidates identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Design and execute mock SSB sessions replicating real SSB environments.
Train students in Officer-Like Qualities (OLQs), leadership, and personality development.
Develop academic material, question banks, and guidelines for SSB preparation.
Provide feedback and performance analysis to aspirants for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with academy management to enhance SSB training modules.
Requirements
For Psychologist: Must have served as SSB Psychologist or have equivalent training/experience.
For Interviewing Officer: Must have served as an SSB Interviewing Officer in Defence Services.
For GTO: Must have prior experience as an SSB GTO in Army/Navy/Air Force.
Strong understanding of SSB process, defence ethos, and OLQs assessment.
Excellent mentoring, communication, and leadership skills.
Passion to guide and inspire young defence aspirants.
