As a Food Handler / Floor Server, you will be responsible for serving food directly to guests, managing live grill service at the table, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience. You will be the face of AB’s on the restaurant floor and play a key role in customer satisfaction.

• Welcome guests and ensure they are comfortably seated

• Set up live grills and serve starters and barbeque items on the table

• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously

• Refill starters/grill items as per customer requests

• Clear used plates and clean tables during and after service

• Guide guests through the buffet offerings and assist when required

• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams

• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues if necessary

• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout the shift
