Role Overview:
The role involves customer interaction , ensuring Credit Card Sourcing ,smooth activation, handling complaints, driving new initiatives, promoting premium card offerings, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Card Sourcing & Activation – Ensure timely and seamless sourcing of credit cards and activation .
- Complaint Resolution – Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- New Accounts – Drive acquisition of new accounts through digital and In Person channels.
- Premium Cards – Promote and manage premium card offerings to eligible customers.
- Stakeholder Liaison – Coordinate and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline (preferably business/finance)
- Prior experience in banking/financial services/customer service will be an added advantage
SALARY- NTH- up to 30,000/-
