Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and participate in government tenders, especially via GeM portal and other e-procurement sites.
• Prepare and submit complete bid documents on time, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
• Manage product and service listings, direct orders, and reverse auctions on GeM.
• Coordinate internally to collect technical, commercial, and statutory documents.
• Maintain tender trackers, analyze bid outcomes, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• 0.6-5 years of experience in tendering & bid management, with practical GeM portal expertise.
• Good communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
