Eligibility Criteria

Qualification Required: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical (only)

Experience: Fresher

Age Limit: 18 – 30 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, and quality control.
• Work under the supervision of senior team members to understand packaging production workflows.
• Maintain workplace safety and follow operational guidelines.
• Ensure quality checks and support in machine operations.

Skills & Qualities Required

• Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail.
• Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical concepts and manufacturing processes.

Training & Development

OJT (On-the-Job Training) Period: 2 Days Training

Compensation & Benefits

Stipend / Salary: ₹14,500 + ₹1,500 (Govt. DBT) = ₹16,000 per month

Overtime: Yes, ₹75 per hour

Food Facility: 1-time meal at ₹33/day

Other Benefits: PF / ESI – Not Applicable
