Job Responsibilities :- 

operating, maintaining, and setting up machinery, performing quality control and inspections, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, loading and unloading materials, recording production data, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The specific duties vary based on the type of machinery and industry, but a core focus is always on safe, efficient, and high-quality production processes. 

Key Responsibilities :- 

• Setup and Calibration: 

  Set up, calibrate, and adjust machine settings and parts to ensure they run optimally and meet production specifications. 

• Quality Control: 

  Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies. 

• Maintenance and Cleaning: 

  Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on machinery to keep it in good working order. 

• Troubleshooting: 

  Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve machine malfunctions and errors, often by making necessary adjustments or coordinating with repair technicians. 

• Material Handling: 

  Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished goods into and from machines. 

• Record Keeping: 

  Maintain accurate production logs, document machine performance, and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors. 

• Safety Compliance: 

  Adhere to all safety regulations, use proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a safe and organized work environment. 

• Machine Operation: 

  Safely and efficiently operate and monitor machinery according to established procedures to meet production targets.
