Job Summary:

We are seeking a semi-skilled  Jewellery Filler & Assembler to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling various jewellery components, filling and finishing raw casted pieces, and ensuring high-quality standards in craftsmanship and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble various jewellery parts such as chains, clasps, mounts, and findings according to design specifications.
• File, smooth, and finish raw metal pieces after casting to prepare for polishing and setting.
• Use hand tools and machinery (e.g., files, pliers, flex shaft, ultrasonic cleaner) to assemble and refine jewellery items.
• Inspect assembled pieces for defects and ensure alignment with design and quality standards.
• Perform soldering or laser welding of components where required.
• Work closely with setters, polishers, and quality control teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area, and care for tools and equipment.
• Adhere to production timelines and meet daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Fair knowledge of precious and semi-precious metalwork techniques.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to fine detail.
• Familiarity with workshop safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or production instructions.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• [Optional: Formal training or certification from a jewellery institute is a plus.]
