Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders from e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, and other portals).

• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment from the warehouse.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for packaging and dispatch.

• Track order status and update records in the system.

• Maintain and update Excel reports for order tracking, returns, and delivery timelines.

• Handle any issues related to orders, returns, or cancellations.

• Work on software tools/ERP for order management and documentation.

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Key Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce order processing/warehouse operations is an advantage.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory).

  • Ability to work on software/ERP systems.
