Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager for our Training, Consulting & Content Department. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in CNC/VMC programming & operations, hands-on industrial experience, and proven expertise in delivering effective training sessions. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing training & consulting projects, while ensuring the highest standards of content development, industrial awareness, and skill delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of CNC & VMC programming and machine operations.

• Industrial exposure and awareness of current manufacturing trends.

• Proven experience in conducting trainings, workshops, or seminars.

• Excellent project management skills – planning, execution, reporting.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to design training materials and content independently.

• Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and digital content platforms.

• Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or relevant field.

• Certification or proven training expertise in CNC/VMC operations preferred.

• 4+ years of industrial experience with at least 2+ years in training/consulting roles.

• Hands-on exposure to industrial training delivery and content development.
