The Officer on Special Duty will be a key professional responsible for assisting the National Commissioner in administrative, financial, and programmatic oversight. This role involves a wide range of duties, including:

• Liaison and Coordination: Serving as a primary point of contact between the State Association and other government bodies, national headquarters, and external partners.
• Program Implementation: Assisting in the planning, supervision, and execution of various scouting and guiding activities, camps, and events across the state.
• Administrative Oversight: Managing and supervising the day-to-day administrative and secretarial functions of the State Headquarters.
• Financial Management: Assisting in budget preparation, financial planning, and ensuring proper record-keeping and reporting.
• Policy Development: Proposing and developing new policies and strategies to enhance the organization's reach and effectiveness.
• Communications: Overseeing the publication of official communications, reports, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Management, Social Work).
• Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or administrative role, preferably within a non-profit, youth development, or government organization.
