📌 Job Description: Admission Counsellor

Location: Lucknow 
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

Centurion Defence Academy is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellors who will be the first point of contact for students and parents aspiring for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, MNS, SSB, and other Defence exams. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a passion for guiding young aspirants toward their career in Defence.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and online leads for admissions.

• Counsel students and parents about Defence exam courses, batches, and career pathways.

• Maintain proper follow-up with prospective students and ensure conversion of leads to admissions.

• Conduct admission presentations and counselling sessions.

• Explain admission procedures, fee structure, and course details clearly and professionally.

• Keep updated data and records of student interactions and admissions.

• Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth execution of admission processes.

• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to academy growth.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (spoken & written).

• Persuasive and confident personality with good interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle queries and objections effectively.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Prior experience in counselling / sales / admission process will be preferred.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/HR preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
