Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Operations Manager to manage end-to-end blue-collar hiring (HVAC Technicians, technicians, field staff) including:

• Bulk recruitment & onboarding

• Compliance (ESI, PF, labour laws)

• Payroll coordination & employee engagement

• Govt. liaison & reporting

What We’re Looking For

✅ Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration
✅ 4–10 years of HR Operations experience (min. 3 years in blue-collar/bulk hiring)
✅ Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, govt. HR projects
✅ Experience with HRMS, MIS dashboards, and high-volume hiring environments
✅ Fluency in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
