Role Description

This is a full-time on-site plant based role for a Sr Executive Packaging Development for commercial based in Vadodara Karakhadi. The Sr Executive Packaging Development will be responsible for designing and developing packaging solutions, conducting packaging material trials, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role includes managing packaging projects, improving packaging processes, and ensuring the quality and safety of packaging materials used.

Qualifications

  • Experience in packaging design and development
  • Knowledge of packaging materials and their properties
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical packaging
  • Ability to conduct packaging material trials and tests
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
