Qualification: B.Tech (EEE, ECE,Civil, Mechanical, )
CTC: ₹18,000 per month (Annual CTC ₹2,16,000)
Additional Benefits: TA/DA ₹450 – ₹800 per site (as per distance)

Purpose of Position
To perform Quality Audits and Acceptance Testing of Telecom Towers across India, ensuring
compliance with customer requirements, safety guidelines, and technical standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Conduct Quality Audit of telecom towers as per Check Sheet.
2. Reach assigned site on time and carry out Acceptance Tests as per guidelines.
3. Ensure compliance with site safety standards.
4. Perform Measurement Book (MB) verification on-site.
5. Complete check sheets accurately with all required details.
6. Execute on-site activities as per project requirements.
7. Ensure customer approval of drawings before execution.
8. Submit completed check sheets and reports to Head Office for further processing.
Skill Requirements
 0–3 years of experience in telecom site jobs with basic technical knowledge.
 Physically fit and willing to climb telecom towers and travel PAN India.
 Strong learning ability and flexibility to relocate or travel as per work requirements.
 Good communication skills with ability to interact professionally with customers.
 Must be enthusiastic, patient, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
 CTC: ₹18,000 per month (₹2,16,000 per annum)
 TA/DA per Site: ₹450 – ₹800 (depending on distance)
