Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance (O&M) to join our Facilities Services Team. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all facility systems. You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, while maintaining the highest standards of service quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of facility systems and equipment to identify and rectify any malfunctions or issues.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure minimal operational disruption.

• Perform troubleshooting and repair work on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including PHE and HVAC.

• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment records, and compliance reports.

• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

• Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion of all maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.

• Support facility improvement projects and contribute innovative solutions to enhance system performance.

• Ensure all activities comply with applicable safety and regulatory standards (PCB, Fire, Electrical, Lift, Municipal, etc.).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Operations & Maintenance of MEP systems including PHE and HVAC.

• Strong knowledge of facility documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sound understanding of safety protocols and preventive maintenance best practices.
