The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting the Sales Executive in driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a premium shopping experience for clients in the jewellery showroom. The role requires product knowledge, strong communication, and a customer-centric approach to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and offering suitable jewellery options.
• Showcase and explain product features, quality, and pricing to enhance customer confidence.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current jewellery collections, designs, metals, gemstones, and industry trends.
• Ensure a premium customer service experience, including after-sales support and handling queries.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and documentation accurately.
• Assist in showroom display, stock arrangement, and inventory management.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including maintaining client records for repeat sales.
• Support in organising in-store promotions, exhibitions, and festive campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic Knowledge of diamonds, gold, gemstones, and jewellery craftsmanship (training can be provided).
