Job Summary :

Customer Care Executive – Roles & Responsibilities (PNB MetLife)

  • Handle incoming customer calls through IVR-based automatic call system

  • Provide accurate information related to Life Insurance policies to existing customers

  • Assist customers with queries such as:

    • Policy status

    • Premium details

    • Nominee / address update requests

    • Renewal and payment-related questions

  • Record customer queries and interactions in the CRM system

  • Respond to customer requests through emails using the company platform

  • Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns as per internal guidelines

  • Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism

  • Follow compliance, privacy, and security rules while handling customer data

  • Work closely with the team to improve customer satisfaction scores

  • Update knowledge on products, services, and process changes regularly

  • Role involves customer service and sales for PNB and Paramerica Life Insurance

Other Details:

  • Work from office only

  • Salary credited on 7th of every month to the employee’s account

  • If candidates don’t have a bank account, the company will provide a salary account
