• Manage and maintain project data for PMKVY, Non-PMKVY STT, and RPL schemes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Handle candidate registration, batch formation, assessment, and certification data in respective portals.
• Support in alignment of batches for assessment and coordination with assessment agencies.
• Track and report project progress, completion, and outcome metrics.
• Maintain proper documentation and support audit requirements.
• Assist project managers in data analysis and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with field teams and training centers for timely data updates.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Data Validation, etc.)
• Good knowledge of MIS reporting tools and data management practices.
• Familiarity with PMKVY / Skill India portals (SDMS, SIP, etc.) preferred.
• Basic understanding of assessment alignment processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.
