Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement electrical project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Oversee the execution of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement necessary solutions
  • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical projects with overall project objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
