Job Description – Staff Nurse

Job Title: Home caretaker/Home care nurse 

Qualification: Nurse (GNM, ANM, GDA,)

Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month

Details:
* Shift Timing: 12 hours (Day/Night rotational shifts)
* Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month
* Accommodation: Free hostel facility provided

Responsibilities:
* Provide patient care and assist with daily activities
* Administer medications and follow doctors’ instructions
* Monitor patient health and maintain accurate medical records
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families
* Follow hospital protocols and maintain hygiene standards

Eligibility:
* Qualifications: GNM, ANM, GDA
* Fresher and experienced candidates are welcome
* Willingness to work in rotational shifts
* Compassionate, responsible, and a team player

Travel Allowance:
If up-down distance is more than 12 km: 50% of actual auto fare reimbursed monthly
If up-down distance is 12 km or less: candidate has to manage travel cost

Schedule:
* Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:
* Yearly bonus

Education:
* Higher Secondary (12th Pass) – Preferred

Experience:
* Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
* Total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:
* Hindi (Preferred)

License/Certification:
* Nursing License (Preferred)
