Job Responsiblities :
1.Make Calls: Place calls to potential and existing customers in Marathi.
2.Customer Interaction: Answer questions, provide product/service info,
and ensure customer satisfaction. Data Entry: Maintain customer records and call logs accurately.
Eligibility Criteria:-
• Qualification: Any graduation or 12th pass
• Should have at least 1 year experience of customer support experience or fresher also
• Able to work on computer specially MS office with minimum typing speed of 15 WPM
• Candidate should be able to read, write and speak Marathi fluently
• Shift timing – 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
