Salary: 23,000 per month to 30,000 per month
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shifts: Rotational Shifts (Night Shift Included)
Cab Facility: Pick & Drop Available

📝 About the Job:

We are hiring for an International BPO in the USA Healthcare process. Your main role will be to speak with US customers, understand their queries, and help them with healthcare or insurance-related information. You must be confident in English and able to handle calls professionally.

🛠 Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers.

Assist customers with insurance, billing, and healthcare-related questions.

Verify and update customer information in the system.

Provide quick and accurate solutions or escalate issues when needed.

Maintain quality, accuracy, and customer confidentiality.

Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Any Graduate can apply.

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.

Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shift).

Basic computer and typing skills.
