Key Responsibility :

Operate machinery and equipment safely under supervision.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) during production activities.

Monitor production parameters and report deviations promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).

Assist in routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and inspection checks.

Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

Comply with safety, health, and environmental guidelines.

Qualification: 10th, 12th &  ITI (Any trade)

Age Limit: 18-28

Gender: Male

Stipend: Rs.14000 Per Month (Including DBT amount od Rs. 1500 & Attendance Bonus Rs.500 on 100% Attendance)

Overtime: ₹60 per hour

Average Stipend Every month for 12 Hours Shift including OT: Rs. 18000 to 20000

Canteen Amount: Snacks & Tea Free & Rs.14/ Per Diet

Bus Deduction: 300/month (If using Transportation)

Shift: 12 Hours (8 Hours Regular Shift and upto 4 Hours OT)
