🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated FMCG Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting markets, managing retailers/distributors, increasing product visibility, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned market areas and meet retailers, wholesalers, and distributors daily
Promote company products and ensure proper display, visibility, and availability
Achieve monthly sales targets and drive secondary & primary sales
Handle order collection, billing follow-ups, and payment collections
Expand market coverage by onboarding new retailers and distributors
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights
Execute promotional activities and ensure brand presence
Maintain daily sales reports, market feedback, and customer updates
Build strong, long-term relationships with channel partners
🔸 Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
0.6–3 years experience in FMCG field sales (Freshers also considered)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of local market and distribution network
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred)
