• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Year of Pass-Out: 2020 onwards

• Experience: Fresher

• Age: 18 to 35 years (as per 10th certificate/Aadhaar)

Job Overview

The candidate will work as a trainee in a highly automated cigarette manufacturing process, which includes:

• Tobacco blending and preparation

• Forming continuous rods and wrapping with paper

• Quality checking of finished products

• Packing cigarettes into foil, paper, and cartons

This role provides hands-on learning in machine operations, quality standards, and industrial manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support operational activities on the production floor

• Assist in machine handling and monitoring

• Follow safety and compliance procedures

• Participate in quality inspection and packing operations

• Coordinate with shift supervisors for daily production tasks

Training & Work Schedule

• On-Job Training: Not Applicable

• Shift Timings:

  • A Shift: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

  • B Shift: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • C Shift: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Overtime: Single, as per company norms

Salary & Benefits

• Total In-Hand Salary: ₹17,580/- per month

  • Basic: ₹13,580/-

  • Additional: ₹4,000/-(Under NATS Scheme DBT Amount)

• PF/ESI: Not Applicable

• Canteen Facility: Available at ₹10 per meal

• Transport Facility: Not Provided
