Position Title: CASA - Sales Officer
Grade: Executive / Sr. Executive
Report To: Branch Head/Branch Sales Manager
Job Purpose: To acquire CASA, RTD and cross sell multiple banking products.
Key Accountability: The key accountability of the Sales Officer is to acquire new clients around the branch catchment area, build relationships, builda Liability Book & generate revenue through cross-selling of various banking products.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from the branch catchment area
Quality sourcing of RTD (FD, RD, etc.)
Activate Accounts opened, UPI accounts, Savings balance, and includes Insurance, etc.
Participate in branch activities and migration events around the catchment area.
Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from others.
Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generation
