Responsibilities

Loading and unloading moulds as per production schedule.

Performing basic cleaning operations on the moulds before and after production.

Setting the moulding parameters once the mould is loaded.

Checking that the raw material is correctly mixed and loaded.

Checking that the produced part is of appropriate quality once the production begins.

Ensuring the moulded parts are moved to the next stations for further processing.

Ensuring that the helpers carry out their tasks correctly and on time.

Making note of work completed by the helpers.

Doing basic machine maintenance tasks such as lubricant refilling, oil change, heat exchanger cleaning etc
