Hiring: Telecaller

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹17,000 per month + incentives
Eligibility: Freshers / Experienced
Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Role Overview:
The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone, explaining services, handling customer queries, and generating leads. The role requires clear communication and a customer-focused approach.

Job Duties:

• Make outbound calls to customers as per given data

• Explain services clearly and professionally

• Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries

• Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English

• Confidence in speaking over the phone

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work with targets
