Job Purpose
The Marketing Executive (ME) will be responsible for customer engagement, data collection, transaction handling, sales promotion, and awareness of safe LPG usage at the assigned station, while supporting station operations when required.
Key Responsibilities
Report to the assigned station daily as per allocated shift timings.
Greet customers courteously and provide appropriate customer service.
Collect customer data through manual methods or mobile applications.
Capture transactions using the ISPL Customer Loyalty Program Application.
Promote LPG products, schemes, and upsell services to improve station sales.
Engage customers within the trading area to inform them about current schemes.
Collect customer feedback on services availed at the station.
Educate customers about:
The dangers and illegality of filling LPG from unauthorized sources.
Vehicle damage caused by illegal LPG filling.
Benefits of using pure LPG from authorized stations at discounted rates (calculation provided by CPIL).
Identify new vehicle agencies and promote LPG variants for 3-wheelers.
Collect data of petrol car customers who may be potential LPG kit users and share leads with the concerned ARG member for further fitment.
Support station staff in vehicle LPG filling operations in their absence, only when required.
Candidate Requirements
Age: 18 to 45 years
Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
Basic knowledge of Android mobile applications (WhatsApp, Google Forms, Google Meet, ERP, etc.)
Willingness to work in shifts as per operational requirements
Employment Terms
This position is temporary in nature.
Performance will be evaluated weekly.
Based on performance and business requirements, candidates may be considered for an on-roll (permanent) position.
