We are looking for a Supervisor cum Recruiter who will handle end-to-end recruitment as well as on-site workforce supervision at the Roha location. The role requires coordination between management, clients, and workers to ensure smooth operations and timely manpower availability.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower

• Source candidates through local references, job portals, vendors, and walk-ins

• Conduct initial screening and interviews

• Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding

• Maintain candidate and employee records

Supervisor Responsibilities

• Supervise daily attendance, shift allocation, and deployment of manpower

• Act as a point of contact between client, workers, and management

• Ensure discipline, safety compliance, and productivity at the site

• Handle grievances, replacements, and absenteeism

• Support HR in PF/ESIC coordination and compliance documentation

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in recruitment + site supervision (manpower/industrial preferred)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 12th / Graduate / Diploma (any stream)

• 1–3 years experience in manpower recruitment or site supervision

• Local candidate preferred.
