Role - To operate industrial sewing machines for stitching automotive seat covers and trim components, ensuring high-quality output and meeting production targets

Key Responsibilities - Key Responsibilities

1.      Operate industrial sewing machines (flatbed, overlock, double-needle, walking foot).

2.      Stitch seat covers using fabric, leather, vinyl, and foam materials as per patterns and SOPs.

3.      Maintain seam accuracy, stitch consistency, and overall product quality.

4.      Inspect finished components and report defects or deviations.

5.      Perform basic machine maintenance (cleaning, needle replacement, tension adjustment).

6.      Follow safety guidelines, 5S practices, and maintain a clean workstation.

Shift timings – 7 AM  – 3:30 PM  and 3:30 – 12 PM
