Job Role: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive – Agriculture to promote our farm mechanization products, strengthen dealer networks, conduct field marketing activities, and drive brand visibility in rural and semi-urban markets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute regional marketing & brand promotion activities
• Support dealers with marketing campaigns & promotions
• Conduct farmer meetings, demos, field days & village programs
• Coordinate product launches, exhibitions & agri fairs
• Collect market intelligence & competitor analysis
• Work closely with Sales & Service teams
• Manage marketing collaterals & branding
• Prepare MIS reports & activity documentation

Product Range:
Rotavators, Mulchers, Super Seeders, Balers, Power Harrows, Fertilizer Spreaders, Ratoon Managers & other tractor-mounted implements.

Required Skills:
• Graduate in Marketing / Agriculture / Business or related field
• Experience in agricultural machinery / agri-inputs preferred
• Strong communication & field execution skills
• Knowledge of rural markets & farming practices
• Willingness to travel extensively
