Job Description 

The role is responsible for managing day-to-day production and dispatch operations to ensure smooth manufacturing flow and on-time delivery. The incumbent will handle resource allocation, line balancing, inventory and WIP control, ERP transactions, and issue analysis during testing and production. The role also involves training operators, ensuring safety and quality standards (SQDIP), coordinating rework activities, and maintaining shop-floor discipline while meeting production targets across shifts. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Ensure smooth day to day production activities by allocating right resources. 

• Understand the need of Dispatch unit line / customer & make the necessary planning to feed without any delay. 

• Need to carry out detailed analysis of issues occurred during testing & submit the finding / report to Cross Functional Team. 

• Ensure WIP & Physical inventory is always correct by keeping close watch of day-to-day consumption. 

• Need to ensure relevant ERP activities- Production order closing, Transfer order of material, etc 

• Ensure smooth operation on line / machine by operator to avoid any damages. 

• Need to train new Operators for smooth & safe production. 

• Attend Dispatch Unit from hospital area on priority to dispatch by initiating necessary rework 

• Ensure SQDIP as per predefined criteria 

• Ensure discipline on floor by engaging workers in their routine target. 

• Need to attend relevant shift as per requirement
