Job Summary
The Executive Sales & Service is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the jewellery market. The role focuses on promoting jewellery collections, managing client accounts, and supporting revenue generation across retail, wholesale, and export segments.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the jewellery industry
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
· Present and promote jewellery collections to prospective and existing clients
· Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
· Conduct market research on trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
· Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to fulfill client requirements
· Assist in pricing discussions, negotiations, and order finalization
· Participate in jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools
· Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Basic to strong knowledge of jewellery products (gold, diamond, gemstones)
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Strong customer-focused approach
· Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
· Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events
· Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM systems
