Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals for the position of Field Sales Executive. The role involves visiting merchants, onboarding them to Paytm services, and ensuring smooth activation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard merchants for Paytm QR, Soundbox, and other products

• Regular field visits and follow-ups

• Educate merchants about Paytm services and benefits

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Resolve merchant issues and queries

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18 to 35 years

• Must own a bike and smartphone

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to work in the field and meet targets

Salary:

₹17,000 to ₹26,000 per month (including performance incentives)
