Job Purpose:-

To support the collections team by visiting customers in assigned areas, collecting payments on time, and maintaining strong customer relationships while learning field operations step by step.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers daily as per route plan

• Collect cash, cheque, or online payments

• Issue receipts and update payment records

• Follow up on pending and overdue payments

• Prepare daily collection report

• Coordinate with office team for updates

• Handle customers politely and professionally
