About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled RO Technician to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial water purifiers, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Setting up new RO systems, including plumbing and electrical connections.
• Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine servicing, troubleshooting faults, and repairing RO units (membranes, pumps, filters).
• Customer Service: Visiting customer homes, explaining issues, providing solutions, and building relationships.
• Inventory Management: Carrying and managing spare parts, tools, and chemicals.
• Reporting: Documenting service calls, updating company apps, and reporting maintenance needs.
• Safety: Following all safety and hygiene protocols. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: 10th Pass, ITI, Diploma preferred.
• Experience: Experience with RO/UF systems preferred, but freshers accepted for some roles.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of RO/UF processes, basic electrical work.
• Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, customer-facing skills.
• Logistics: Must have own bike (often required) and a valid driving license
