Job Responsibilities

• Box Office Operations:
  Handle ticket sales accurately by dispensing tickets for various shows and ensuring correct collection and reconciliation of payments through cash and digital modes.
• Concession Operations:
  Serve food and beverage items such as popcorn, beverages, and snacks. Enter orders accurately into the system and ensure proper payment collection via cash, credit/debit cards, or UPI.
• Guest Ushering & Experience:
  Greet guests warmly, assist them to their seats, and ensure a pleasant and seamless theatre experience.
• Service-on-Seat (SOS):
  Deliver food and beverage orders directly to guests at their seats as per system requests. Take in-seat orders during intervals when required.
• Cash Handling & Reconciliation:
  Maintain accurate cash handling practices, ensure all transactions are recorded correctly, and reconcile cash and digital payments in accordance with company policies.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Compliance:
  Complete all mandatory training modules and strictly adhere to grooming standards, operational guidelines, and safety protocols.

• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to handle guest queries and complaints effectively
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays ( Mandatory work at Evening Shift from 4.30p.m till late evening)
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently within established operational norms and procedures
