• Outbound Calling: Proactively call potential and existing customers to pitch products/services or gather information.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Persuade customers to purchase, generate new leads, and convert prospects into sales.
• Product Knowledge: Provide detailed and accurate information about offerings to build customer interest.
• Customer Interaction: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle objections professionally, often using scripts.
• Data Management: Accurately log calls, update customer records in the CRM, and maintain a clean database.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and customers as scheduled to nurture relationships. 
• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively.
• Time management and multitasking.
• Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.
• Collaboration with sales and marketing teams
