1. Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification: 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma & Graduation (All Streams)
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years
2. Departments
Production, Assembly, Quality, and Maintenance departments work together in manufacturing, with Production/Assembly focusing on building goods, Quality ensuring standards are met, and Maintenance keeping machinery running, all coordinated to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and achieve output goals through tasks like operating equipment, inspections, repairs, and process improvement, often involving cross-functional roles for engineers and technicians.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Production & Assembly
Production Worker/Assembler: Operates machinery, assembles parts, performs basic quality checks, packages products, maintains a clean workstation, follows SOPs, and reports issues.
Production Lead/Supervisor: Schedules work, guides teams, ensures adherence to schedules, manages personnel issues, and coordinates with other departments.
Quality Assurance
Quality Inspector/Technician: Develops and implements QA protocols, inspects raw materials/finished goods, monitors processes for defects, and ensures compliance with standards.
Maintenance
Maintenance Technician/Mechanic: Performs routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, parts replacement), troubleshoots breakdowns, adjusts/repairs equipment, and supports proactive/predictive maintenance.
Maintenance Manager: Ov
ersees the entire maintenance department, manages staff, budgets, resources, and drives reliability initiatives.
Cross-Functional & Engineering Roles
- Production/Maintenance Engineer: A multifaceted role to oversee processes, implement quality checks, manage maintenance, design improvements, analyze data, and support overall production goals.
3. Salary & Allowances
• Monthly IN HAND : ₹14,670
• Attendance Bonus: ₹2,500
➡ Total Monthly Earnings: ₹17,170
Additional Retention Allowances (Diploma Candidates)
• After 6 Months → ₹5,000
• After 12 Months → ₹7,000
OT applicable for ESI & PF candidates.
